Abstract

Futrica is a home for the Arts and the Creative Economy.

Located in one of the most charming and iconic spots in Santos, at Rua Quinze de Novembro, 146, Futrica aims to become a fixed hub for artistic and cultural productions. Its mission is to generate income for artists, serve as a space for creation and enjoyment, foster meaningful encounters and ideas, build partnerships, and contribute to the vibrant life of the historical center.  The space features an exhibition area, a collaborative store, a hall for rehearsals, workshops, recordings, and meetings, a dining area, and facilities and equipment for artistic performances. Futrica presents and develops material and immaterial goods for the public in a dynamic and lively way, adding a unique energy to the daily life of the historic center. It offers an alternative to the routines of offices, public departments, and bureaucratic procedures, while fostering relationships with local artists and productions, inviting people to engage with beauty and creativity.
